thanks for the comment on the Eco-Tip of the day #2. 
The reason why it helps to dust bulbs is because the dust particles block the output of light from the bulbs therefore putting out less efficiency.  Often people will just replace a bulb because they think its going dim or out completely and some of the time a simple cleaning of the bulb would have helped and did not need to replace the bulb.</description>

		<description>This doesn&#039;t make sense.  Unless you are adding more bulbs to make up for these dusty bulbs, this has no effect on energy efficiency.  You would just have lower light output in general.</description>
